The 2nd National Nuh Naci Yazgan Health Sciences Congress, organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Dentistry at Nuh Naci Yazgan University, was held on 29–30 April 2026 with broad participation. The main theme of this year's congress was “One Health for a Sustainable Future.” Throughout the event, the concept of One Health, which addresses human, animal, and ecosystem health through a holistic approach, was comprehensively examined by experts from various disciplines.
As part of the program, panels, keynote lectures, oral presentation sessions, and poster presentation sessions were organized with the participation of distinguished academics and experts in their fields. Our Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şükrü Taner Azgın, and Sustainability Commission member Res. Asst. Dr. Merve Çapaş emphasized the growing importance of the One Health approach and highlighted the necessity of interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing future global challenges.
Aiming to strengthen scientific exchange and collaboration, the congress was successfully concluded, providing a productive platform for discussing current developments in the field of health sciences.
