Energy Consumption and Energy Efficient Practices on Campus

In order to reduce energy consumption and our carbon footprint on campus, LED lighting systems are gradually being implemented. Energy-efficient technologies are used in all buildings of Erciyes University to ensure greater energy savings. Energy-efficient LED lighting and devices are used in campus buildings. In addition, air conditioning and heating ventilation systems are also energy efficient. 

Renewable energy production studies are being carried out on campus. There are solar panels at various points around the campus. Our university actively uses solar energy, a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy source.
